What do I need to utilize Westburne’s Locker Pick-up Program?
All you need is a mobile device with access to the Noke Pro Mobile App. The Noke Pro Mobile App is free and compatible with Apple and Android devices, and can be downloaded in your device’s App Store.
To access your materials you will need to ensure the Noke Pro Mobile App is downloaded on your mobile device prior to pick-up. Upon arrival, enable Bluetooth capabilities and open the Noke Pro Mobile App on your mobile device. Touch the sensor on the bottom of the Noke Pro Smart Lock and unlock it by clicking the icon in the mobile app. Retrieve your materials, close the locker door behind you and lock the Noke Pro Smart Lock, and you’re on your way!
Is there an additional service charge to utilize the lockers as my pick-up method?
No. There is no additional service charge to utilize Westburne’s Locker Pick-up Program, it is completely free to the user!
How do I place an order for locker pick-up?
You can place your order for locker pick-up by calling the Westburne branch or by ordering online.
To place a locker pick-up order by call-in, just indicate to the Westburne team member you’d like to pick your order up via Westburne’s Locker Pick-Up program. If your order is eligible based on locker specifications, you will be asked to share a few pieces of contact information (name, mobile number) and confirmation that you have downloaded and have access to the Noke Pro Mobile App on your mobile device. You will receive an SMS notification letting you know your locker order is ready for pick-up.
To place a locker pick-up order online, click the “Add Order Notes” button under your Order Summary on the right side of your Checkout screen. Simply enter “Locker” in your order notes, with your contact information (name, mobile number) and your order will be flagged for locker pick-up. If your order is eligible based on locker specifications, you will receive an SMS notification and be asked to ensure you have downloaded and have access to the Noke Pro Mobile app on your mobile device once your order is ready.
Can someone else pick my locker order up for me?
Yes. If ordering via call-in, please inform the Westburne team member of any and all individuals that may pick the order up in your place along with their contact information (name, mobile number).
If ordering online, please include any and all individuals that may pick the order up in your place along with their contact information (name, mobile number) in the special instructions field.
How much time do I have to pick my order up after placing my order?
Your order will be ready in approximately an hour and you’ll receive an SMS notification on your mobile device to let you know it’s ready. If you’re unable to pick your order up please notify the branch and arrange for an alternative pick-up method.
Can I pick my materials up outside of the branch’s operating hours?
Yes. Westburne’s lockers can be accessed 24/7! However, orders can only be placed and picked within operating hours; orders placed online during evenings and weekends will not be ready for pick-up until the branch has picked the order the following business day.
Do all products qualify for Westburne’s Pick-up Locker Program? Are there products that are exempt or won’t fit in Westburne’s lockers?
Products that qualify for Westburne’s Pick-up Locker Program and the allowable size of an order is up to the Westburne branch’s discretion. See the illustration below demonstrating the dimensions of each locker module.
If there is an item you’re still unsure about, please get in touch with your local Westburne branch and they will be able to help you with the product in question.
Items that are available for pick-up in a pick-up locker are based entirely on the pick-up branch’s current stock levels.
Will my materials be safe in the locker?
Yes. Each locker is equipped and protected by a Noke Pro Smart Lock. These locks are battery powered and operated by Bluetooth technology. Locks can only be opened via the Noke Mobile App by the user(s) assigned to them. The lock and locker are crafted with rugged, weatherproof materials and are made to deliver maximum security in extreme conditions.
What if there’s a mistake with my order?
If you find that there is a mistake with your order such as a missing or wrong item, please make sure to take all materials in your locker with you and get in touch with the local branch during business hours to notify them of the error and they will help you resolve the issue.
When will I be billed for my order?
You will be invoiced after you have retrieved your order.
My local branch doesn’t have Westburne’s Locker Pick-up Program in place, why not?
The locker pick-up program is brand new to Westburne! To closely monitor and evaluate, Westburne has selected eight locations across Canada to pilot the program. If you think the program would be beneficial to and your company, reach out to your local branch manager and let them know. We will continue to look for opportunities to expand this program into all markets we serve on a national level.
